About Creative Counseling Works and the People Behind the Care
Creative Counseling Works is a locally rooted therapy practice built by people who
live and work in Greensboro. Our team includes parents, educators, and licensed
professionals who believe therapy should feel thoughtful, personal, and grounded in
real connection. We support individuals through
individual counseling
and other evidence based services that meet people where they are.
Why This Practice Was Created
Over time, we saw therapy becoming rushed and impersonal. Appointments felt shorter
and relationships felt thinner. Creative Counseling Works was created to offer
something different. We focus on meaningful care that allows people to slow down,
feel heard, and work through challenges with intention.
Whether we are supporting a child through
play based therapy
or helping adults work through relationship stress, our goal is always the same.
Care should feel steady, respectful, and genuinely human.
Leadership and Clinical Direction
Dr. Keotia Casterlow
President and CEO
Dr. Casterlow brings decades of experience in counseling and education. Her work is
centered on helping people build emotional strength that carries into everyday
life, not just the therapy room.
Will Casterlow
Vice President of Operations
Will focuses on the systems that support care. His role is to make scheduling,
communication, and access as smooth as possible so clients can focus on healing.
He works closely with

every day.
